How to claim in four steps

Handy stuff to know

If you are claiming money back on a treatment you have already paid for, in most cases, your payment will be sent to your nominated bank account. You can nominate your bank account when you register with myBupa.

If you are claiming to pay for a treatment, you will be sent a cheque made out to the service provider who is treating you. Simply forward the cheque to them plus any other outstanding amount that you must pay to the service provider.

Claims will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Make sure that your contact details are up to date so that we’re able to contact you if needed regarding your payment.
